1980 GMC HEAVY HALF TON TRUCK, 86K ORIGINAL MILES VERY NICE AND CLEAN CONDITION Up for auction is my 1980 GMC heavy half ton pick up. Get a 3/4 ton strong frame on a half ton body.Original elderly owner used for a for a short time and then parked on his property in the hot desert for years. I purchased at 82K truck started right up without a hiccup.I did a complete tune up and fluids change as well as some new items. Truck drives and stops extremely well and is currently my daily driver. There is no rust issues anywhere on truck only a few very light surface areas. You will notice on top of cab there are some paint chips. I have been slowly and lightly sanding and priming other small chipped areas which you may notice some difference in the paint colors. I am putting some finishing touches on the tailgate right now. Other than those areas paint looks pretty good still. This truck is very straight and clean and even cleaner on the inside. Please review the pics. You should be able to jump in truck and drive home but if you need to have the truck shipped I can assist transport company if necessary. Truck does have dual tanks but only the left side is hooked up right now because needs new tank selector valve. Truck has all new tires, mirrors, carpet/mats and tune up. The interior was tan but I had planned on changing everything over to black thus the reason for the new black carpet and seat belts. I think it will look great if you finish with this color. I do have the complete A/C pump and brackets that will go with truck. I'm sure new owner will be very happy with this truck. Please don't be discouraged by my reserve.
