This is really one of those cars that you have to see to appreciate. It's absolutely stunning. I don't even normally like yellow cars, but I think this thing is flat out gorgeous. I've had it for about 3 years now. I bought it because I've owned a lot of Mustangs in the past (2 Mach 1's, 1 Bullitt, and half a dozen GT's) but had never owned a Cobra. So the cars been pampered. It's not perfect. The owner before me was a bit careless, so there is some touch up paint in a few spots. But for the most part, when you see this car, your jaw is going to drop. The interior is practically flawless. The leather is in above average condition. The steering wheel is not worn out (I put a cover on to protect it), still has the original radio, so none of the wiring under the dash has been hacked up. I didn't even install aftermarket gauges even though it's a fairly modified car. Which brings up the next subject of interest... mods. This car has a few. In fact the only thing it's really missing is a Whipple. The motor is a freshly built 5.0 stroker, built by HK Racing Engines in Katy. The heads and blower have been professionally ported and polished. Still has stock cams, so anyone in a Camaro or Corvette will be none the wiser ;) It has BBK longtube headers, Basani off-road x pipe and axle back exhaust. H&R lowering springs w/ brand new black chrome 18" GT500 wheels and tires (I still have the original chrome Cobra wheels in the garage that will come with the car).Transmission was rebuilt/upgraded about a year and a half ago. It has a brand new Ram HD clutch. It's been pulley'd to make 18 lbs of boost. Puts down 520 rwhp and over 550 rwtq. Metco idler pulley kit, Canton coolant and heat exchanger reservoirs. Ford racing fuel pumps w/ 60# injectors. The list goes on and on. I build and modify cars for a living, so everything was done to the utmost quality. Now for the basics. The car has 65k miles, and I have the title in hand. I'm looking for 24,500 obo... which is no where near what I have into it unfortunately. It's been awhile since I sold a car on craigslist, but this is not my first rodeo. So I'll go ahead and tell you now, I am not interested in trades or low ball offers.
