I purchased this vehicle about 5 years ago as a theft revocery. It was stolen, and had many parts stripped out of it, then abandoned. I purchased it from the insurance company. When I bought it, It had the transmission, crossmember, starter, and battery, and distributor stolen forom it. I replaced all the parts with new with the exception of the transmission. I put in a rebuilt unit. I also replaced the driveshaft and sjifter, steering column, ignition lock, plugs and wires. The engine runs and the car moves under its own power. The farthest I drove it is around the block a few times because it is not registered. Things it needs-needs an H pipe for the exhaust, the old one was cut in half when the transmission was stolen. It also needs a new front fascia new right side headlight assembly, possibly new tires. the ones on there have good tread but are dry rotted. also i have the door handles but the right side one needs put in as does the rear hatch lock. Important!- The car has a Salvage Certificate in my name that would be transfered to you at any notary, not a Title. Make sure you know what this means before you bid. It is not very difficult to get a title. After you purchase the car, it needs to be taken to an Enhanced Inspection station, and the vehicle needs to pass a PA inspection, then a title can be issued. Overall this is a great start for a restoration or a race car. The body is pretty much rust free and the underside is very solid.
