I am selling my 1971 cl450 motorcycle. This is a very nice cl450. I am the owner and I have a clear Ohio title in my name. The miles on the bike fits what the mileage says on the title. The bike is a poppy seed yellow color. This is a great vintage color but did not hold up under the sun very well at all. It was very faded so I had the bike repainted candy poppy seed. This is a very nice repaint. It will not fade in the sun like the old honda paint. The silver base coat under the candy is a very fine metal flake to get the true vintage Honda look. The bike has always been pretty clean. But when I had it repainted I put other new Honda parts on it to bring it back to a better cl450. Some of the new parts are brake shoes, cables,grips, tires, tubes,gas cap,gas line,points, plugs,fork seals, fork boots, tail light unit and more. Everything works on the motorcycle. The bike runs and rides as good as it looks or better. It starts easy and runs great. Its has the older exhaust that honda made for the 1971 and older cl450s. This exhaust just has a great sound that fits a bike like this. The exhaust is in great shape, no holes or soft spots at all. The bike shifts and powers though the gears like a new bike. I had a few parts chromed, the handle bars and gas cap latch cable holder and some others. I do have a good battery for the bike. This is a very nice cl450 that looks better in person then in the pictures. I know the new owner will be happy with this bike. But do keep in mind it is a vintage motorcycle.
