You are bidding on a Lease Transfer. You must be able to qualify for this lease through BMW Financial, my lease would conclude and a new lease in your name would be the balance of the term. This is one of 700 BMW ActiveE Coupes brought to the US. This s a field test car and BMW requires you return the car to them at the conclusion of the lease. The lease ends March 11, 2014 and the next payment of 10 remaining is due May 11. I must sell the car due to having a newborn and it is not conducive to baby seats and strollers. You will love this car! If you want to try electric with minimal commitment this is it. Cheaper than a Tesla Model S and so much cooler then a Nissan LEAF. It is a blast to drive and completely BMW throughout. Instant torque and smooth acceleration with no shift points. It has all the features you would expect from a luxury vehicle plus an California HOV sticker. This car is 100% electric and has has a real 100+ mile range. I average 3.5miles/kWh with a 32 kWh battery and can recharge in about 5 hours with Level 2 charger. I originally purchsed the car on a $2,250 down $499/month lease plus taxes. I ended up writing a check for about $4,200 which included first month payment, security, registration, etc. The monthly payment is $544 all in. The reserve is at $1,000 to cover $500 transfer fee and 2012 CA registration ~$450. No mileage restriction. This is a closed end lease, meaning you must return the car to BMW.
