This is a sporty 2003 Volkswagen Golf GL Turbo Diesel. It has plenty of power, gets 45 MPG and is being sold with no reserve. The 1.9L four cylinder turbo diesel purrs along without a miss. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly without hesitation. The steering is good but it will need brakes soon as they are starting to grind. The check engine light will come on and go off on occassion. The exterior is a glossy silver and is not perfect. There are two noticable dings on both front fenders (see pics). The rest of the car has no major dents or dings. The tires, on aftermarket alloy wheels, have about 25% tread. The alloy wheels are pitted. No windshield chips or cracks. The head lights are not real clear and the aftermarket tail lights have a vapor leak however all lights work well. The interior is gray cloth and carpet. It's in average condition considering the miles. The driver seat has the typical wear spot (see pic). There is a loose 5 inch seam on the front passenger seat. The rear seats and rear cargo area are in good condition. It has a factory Monsoon sound system with CD. All the power options such as windows, locks, side mirrors, cruise control, etc. work with no problems. The heat is hot and the AC is cold. This is a great car for the driver who requires sporty power with great fuel efficiency. The new owner will be able to drive it home, with confidence, no matter where they live.
