I bought this car a couple of years ago in the hopes of restoring it to stock condition. Unfortunately the economy and the IRS have done me in, and I can no longer afford to keep this vehicle. I bought it under the assumption (as was stated by the previous owner) that this was a perfectly good driver. After the car was delivered, to my chagrin I soon found out that the engine block was cracked, so I had a local mechanic take out the engine and try to replace it with another. Unfortunately, my funds had run out, and I was not able to continue this project. So there's no engine in it right now. However, the interior (an older restoration) is still in very good shape, so you really don't have to do much with that. The body is straight with no dents or plastic, and minimal rust. I have priced this for quick sale. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY please don't waste my time by bidding and then not paying; I am in serious financial straits as it is. You arrange for transport (the vehicle is located in Pasadena CA). $500 Paypal or money order deposit required 48 hours after the end of the auction, with the balance due within 7 days. I originally paid $7500 for this vehicle, and spent about $3000 more in engine work, so this is a genuine sacrifice.
