1959Apache Truck 3100With a 402 Bigblock and 700R4 TransA 1959 Chevrolet Apache 3100 SHORT BED truck from Colorado. It is very sold and virtually ding and dent free, Must of been a plumbers truck and not a farm truck as it's not beat up. The wood in the bed is still pretty nice! Body- Very nice body with a few normal spots on lower fenders that is very typical of this style truck. Nice and solid in all other areas. It has been lowerd by leaf spring removal on the total stock suspention. So it rides rough and could use the front shocks replaced as well. Paint has that dry western patina sun bake look going on.Engine- It's a 402 Bigblock and believe it's a 1970 year engine as far as the owner can tell, A good running motor that is strong but needs a carburetor as it's just tired and don't want to idle very good and idles rough, But runs and drives and has strong power when getting into it! Engine does not smoke or leak. Interior- Nice and stock appearing and pretty simplistic. Was a stick shift and now auto so Clutch pedal is there and new tall shifter installed.
