1960 Edsel Ranger 2 Door Hardtop Built October 9, 1959 Regal Red with Red Vinyl and Black Pebble Cloth Seats. 352 V8 with Dual Power 3 Speed Automatic Transmission. 2:91 to 1 Rear Axle Ratio. Power steering, power brakes. VIN Number - 0U13Y701873 I am listing this car for the estate of a friend, He purchased the car about 10 years ago with the body work, paint, and engine done. This car did have rust and the previous owner did the repairs using donor body panels and new metal. I would consider the condition of this car a daily driver. Description of the car: Exterior: Paint is in good shape, there are some imperfections in the paint, nothing too noticeable, there are some small dents in the trunk lid. The right front fender at the wheel opening has damage and the paint is chipped. The left lower rocker panel has a bubble/blister in it. The floors appear to be rust free, the trunk floor has been patched, but is rusted thru. Passenger rocker has a crack in it. The stainless steel trim has minor dents in it, the right rear upper side molding has a seam in it. The bumpers have just been re-chromed. Please look at all of the photos at the link below. Interior: The door panels are new, the rear package tray is new, and the seats have just been rebuilt and re-upholstered. Dash is in great shape. Carpet is older but looks fine. Engine and transmission: Current owner was told that the engine was rebuilt but I cannot guarantee that is was, there is no blow-by when the oil fill cap is removed, and there is no smoke from tailpipe. Engine starts right up, runs and idles smooth. Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels, Tires are new. Car runs and drives good, brakes work great, it has a new master cylinder.
