1982 CHEVY BLAZER 2WD K5 SILVERADO PROJECT GREAT RUNNER 1982 CHEVY BLAZER (FULL SIZE) 2WD (FACTORY). ORIGINAL 2WD BLAZER 350 ENGINE TURBO 350 TRANSMISSION WITH FACTORY A/C. BLAZER IS ORIGINAL NO ACCIDENTS, ORIGINAL PAINT (FADED). ENGINE IS A FACTORY GM REPLACEMENT ENGINE WITH EDELBROCK INTAKE & CARB, DUAL EXHAUST WITH FACTORY EXHAUST MANIFOLDS, ENGINE WAS REPLACED AT @ 135,000 TRUCK HAS @ 184,000 MILES NOW. ORIGINALY HAD A 700R4 TRANSMISSION BUT TURBO 350 WAS INSTALLED WHEN ENGINE WAS REPLACED. THE GOOD ORIGINAL RARE 2WD BLAZER NEVER WRECKED NO SUSPENSION MODS. TRUCK RUNS GREAT DEPENDABLE, DROVE IT FROM SEATTLE TO VEGAS APRIL 2012 & HAVE BEEN DRIVING IT DAILY HERE SINCE @ 150- 200 MILES A WEEK. INSTALLED NEW FRONT TIRES IN JUNE 2012. THE BAD NEEDS PAINT CHIPPED/FADED, INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL AND WORN. BOTH ROCKERS BELOW DOORS ARE RUSTED BUT REPLACEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM LMC TRUCK (& OTHERS) FOR @$40.00, May only have to replace passenger but not sure. RUST BOTTOM OF TAILGATE. REST OF BODY IS SOLID. UNDERCARRIAGE IS VERY CLEAN AND SOLID.TRUCK IS FROM PORTLAND. NEVER TRIED HAVING IT SMOGED IN VEGAS AS CATALIC CONVERTER AND AIR PUMP ARE GONE. I HAVE IT REGESTERED AS A CLASSIC VEHICLE HERE. VEHICLES OVER 25 YEARS OLD WERE SMOG EXEMPT IN WASHINGTON STATE. A/C-HEATER NEEDS WORK ALL PARTS ARE HOOKED UP JUST NEEDS SOME MAINTANCE. Come with new rear hatch assembly for door/glass(tailgate won't open right now) as well as new weatherstripping for the whole rear window just needs to be installed. Rear window can be open closed by hand if needed.Driver door sags abit needs new hinge pin. passenger is perfect. Carpet was removed so you will have a clear understanding of what needs to be done. I also have the interior trim panels but they are white and I think the truck looks much better without them. A good/fast running Blazer project for the right person at a very reasonable price. Clear Clean Title in hand ready for transfer of ownership.
