Up for sale is my 1961 Chevy C20 long box pickup. Please be advised that I am only selling this item to purchase a piece of machinery for my machine shop. There for the time frame is small and I reserve the right to end this auction with or without bids/offers because if the equipment sells before the truck does then I have no reason to sell the truck. If you are interested please make offers soon. Drive Train. 283 small block with 2 barrel rochestor carb. Hei electronic ignition converted form generator to 63 amp alternator. new starter. brakes and rebuilt mastercylinder with less then 2000 miles. 4L60/700r4 transmision and custom made drive shaft from driveline specialties on orlando fl. lokar floor shifter B&M transmision cooler original no slip rearend with factory decail inside of the cab. the lights have been rewired. new fuel pump Body. The rockers lower door skins and outer floor pans have been replaced. As much of the original metal as possible was left. The body work was done in 09' and is showing a few bubbles. the hood is from a 1965 gmc The tailgate is a good quality reprodcution. some of the body work was done by a pro who was working on the side for me and some was done by me. I am not a pro. This truck was painted affordably and looks nice but there is some defects in the paint. The bed is treated plywood. I never got a chance to put the original wood back in. There are a few custom items on this truck that I made in my machine shop and I will add photos. Overall this is a very solid truck that runs and drives good. It rides alot better then you would think. It has coil springs all around. I use it for lowes trips and riding around town on the weekends. We put maybe 500 miles a year on it at the most. I have well over $9000 in this plus a ton of my time and I prefer to keep it but the business is priority #1. If you are a local buyer I can drop this off for you. If you need to have it shipped I can store it for a reasonable amount of time. It is garage kept so it is safe. I will add more pics of the inside, underside, and engine asap.
