Offered is a 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle with air conditioner. The car is a "twin" to the one my wife and I bought 40 years ago brand new. It is identical to ours in every detail. The yellow is the correct color and the air is factory in the dash. It runs and drives great. The front end is tight as well as the doors. It is a solid car with lots of years of fun driving left. It just had a tune up, the carburetor rebuilt, and the brakes done. There is some rust in the usual places and the headliner has a tear by the back window along with a crack in the dash. The seats are fine. The radio has been replaced and doesn't work. The odometer doesn't work but the speedometer does. I can't think of any other problems except for a couple of scratches which I put in her (shown in the pictures) and bubbles in a few places in the paint. The car will be for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. It is being sold as is and there is no warranty. Please feel free to come and see it and call if you have questions.
