Up for sale is probably one of the nices Scouts you have ever seen. I bought it from the mans wife that bought it from the original owner in 1985. He was an airline captain and pasted away a few years ago. He lived in Denver. It had rust on the rockers, floors and front body mounts. I replaced all of that with replacement panels, and it is solid. It was just repainted, except for the top, which is in very good condition, has never been off. The side stripes and all decals were replaced with factory replacements. The interior is original and looks like new. The tires are new( about ten miles on them). Factory turbine wheels. New 875 amp battery. Oil and filter change. New inline fuel filter. Has 120 volt cold weather inline water heater. Everything on it works except the horn and I should have it working before the end of auction. If you look at the pictures, you can see the rear bumber is not quite straight but looks ok. There are no dents. Has new windshield and the rest of the glass is like new. The tail pipe at some point will need to be replaced. And it has the same shocks on it that it had when I bought it four months ago. It drives like a new one. You can't even hear the diesil when you are driving down the road. Clutch and brakes are good. Has close ratio T-19 4sp, Dana 300 transfer case and Dana 44 axles. It was made in 9/80, one month before International shut down making Scouts. And this is the rare turbo diesil. Don't know what else to tell you except this is one nice Scout. New Oklahoma tag and title. Thanks for your time.
