This TDI Beetle was flooded in Hurricane Sandy. It was parked inside our shop at the time of the flood. The flood waters mixed with engine oil from inside our shop. We had about 4 feet of water. The engine and transmission should be fine as it was never running in the water. We have not tried to start it or do anything to it. Along with the drivetrain, the body panels and wheels/tires are all in nice shape. Plenty of expensive parts on this car. Would be great to part out, or use the TDI drivetrain for another project.
