Up for sale is a 2008 Smart ForTwo Passion with a NY State Salvage Certificate that was issued due to a flood damage. This car runs and drives very good. There was no water inside, we only had to replace the ABS module and main Brake switch and the car started right up, there was no water damage to the engine or transmission or anything else, for some reason the Smart car manufactures decided to install the abs module at the lowest point,underneath the car. It only has 33,494 miles and it is relatively fast for this size car and it's fun to drive especially when you shift it manually. There are no trouble lights on the dash, it has a power steering,power mirrors, heated seats, everything works fine. The tires were already replaced and have like 90% of tread life left.
