1964 Corvette Stingray Coupe. Numbers Matching! 327 V-8 4 speed. This is a hard to find rare vehicle. It will need a restoration. It is 99% complete to rebuild this back to it's original beauty. This car was a barn/field find and was stored for 49 years. I spoke with the original owner, This car has 1285 miles on the odometer... thats one thousand two hundred eighty five miles... this is correct. It was wrecked in october 1964 when it was only 3 months old. A new 1 piece front end was purchased, and a brand new GM Frame was installed and that was as far as it got. The engine and trans were put into another corvette and driven until 1972 and then pulled out and stored.The bird cage is rusty and will need work, It does come with a solid windshield frame, solid hinge pillars and solid lock pillars, and a roof section from a 63 split window to use for replacement parts on the bird cage. Not shown in pics but it does have the original back window and passenger door glass. It has the original NUMBERS MATCHING engine and trans, rear end, bell housing, carb . It is missing the original distributor. It comes with a box of new parts to replace and repair and restore. New Gas Door, New Steering Rag Joint, New Fender Emblems, It comes with a NEW Exhaust system, a NEW Power steering system, a NEW Brake Booster, New Steering Wheel, It has New Fender Wells, New Radiator Support, as well as 2 extra sets of seats with new foam, good usable hood, will need a windshield.
