1980 Shay Model A Super Deluxe Roadster (replica of at 1929 Ford Model A)with only 5336 miles, has the rare heavy duty C4 (11 bolt cover) automatic transmission option, and original Shay cargo trunk & rear trunk bracket with new wood. Some light scratches on the fenders, some minor wear on bumpers, top works perfectly, but top material is old, brittle, has some small holes, not perfect but works just fine.. You can probably drive this Shay anywhere, but most of my driving has been local driving just around town. This Shay starts without any hesitation, headlights work, brake lights work, blinkers work, one of the two Ahooga horns work, tires and rims are straight, body is real clean, all doors work, windshield perfect, and tire mounted side view mirrors are original to the roadster. There's one small 3 inch blem in the fiberglass running board, just behind right spare tire on the running board. ** added - Heaters are bypassed due to front leaking radiator core, rear may or may not be good. Both Shay heaters are in place but not working. Front windshield glass is original, radiator shell and ornament are original, all body parts original to the car, in fact just about everything is original to the car except for the taillights, the dash-light, and chrome Pinto shifter.
