Okay, first off, I am very unfamiliar with these cars, so I will do my best. I had a guy look at it, that owns a few, he said it was a good thing that it had been kept in a heated building, with cement floors, he said it saved the floor boards, etc. I believe he said if it had been left out, rain and debris get in by the cowl?? and that ruins the floor boards. In my opinion, if I were to keep the car, here's what I would do...ceiling (coming down a bit), new carpet (or cleaned very well), dash, and the part by the back window (I believe had a carpet type in back window). Seats are pretty good, gauges, radio, etc. are in tact. Sorry I can't be of more help. My intentions were to put it up for $5000, but the person i had look at it said I was foolish to start at anything under $8000, well, i did anyhow only because I think it needs work, and I like to be fair, so I started with a reserve of $5000.
