up for auction today is my 1965 impala for which i have had for 16 yrs and has been garage kept. The body is in good shape but needs rear quarter panels, paint is showing its age,the car was painted 25 yrs ago i got it. the car looks good they way it is all chrome is original . the interior was redone 15 yrs ago. The motor is a bowtie 350 bored to a 4.165 bore 5.7 rods and je pistons.heads are sportsman 2 with 208 intake and 160 exhaust, intake is a team g with a 950 holley carb with adjustable air bleeds, stahl headers turbo 400 trans with a 1300 stall converter, 4.56 gears with a strange spool and mosier c clip eliminators, ss bars , malory fuel pump msd box 7al and a start retard box and a msd dist. a hurst quarter stick for a shifter and a hurst line lock with the trigger on the shifter. the guages are from left to right are oil, coolant, tach,amp,fuel pressure. the motor is strong and have never been let down by the car. i used to drag the car it has the safety items needed to race drive shaft loop, battery in trunk with shut off all it neds is a rool cage due to the car runs 11.7 to 12.2 all day long depending on the day and track. the frt end has travel limiters and regular shocks in the rear. the car turns heads every where i go and also sets off alarms too. the tires on the back are dirt track tires ibought them just to burn them up didnt want to spend a whole lot of money on tires, the correct size for the rear tires is a 275/60/15 or a L/60/15 . also i have a brodix trac 1 intake set of slicks on rims for the car but they will need to be replaced, old interior kick panels and the passenger rear quarter glass tint is torn. have more pics but will take more if needed . also the heads have 1.5 harland sharp roller rockers and crane cams stud girdle and the motor was built with an estimate horsepower of 650 at the flywheel.you will not be dissapointed with this car. please ask all questions needed I have his car for sale locally and have the right to end the auction at any time. 7000.00 is the bottom line for the car i have posted a you tube video its ruff 1965 impala for sale 252.342.1133
