Project car for classic driver or hot rod Approx 2500 miles on motor rebuild. The engine was balanced including competition valve job. Installed 340 hp double hump/camel hump heads to the original motor block ( NUMBERS DO MATCH). Holly street dominator high rise aluminum intake with a Holly 750 carb. Motor runs strong and sounds great. SOLID FRAME WITH FRESH REBUILD ON ORIGINAL MOTOR. MATCHING NUMBERS Mileage is unknown. The odometer was not working at time of my purchase in 1985. This is indicated on clean title I parked/stored the car since 1989. The car has less than 500 miles since i stored it. I started and drove the car a couple times a year just to keep it healthy. This Vette was garage stored until 2008. I stopped driving it because of concerns of old gasoline. I have NOT started or driven car since 2001. I downsized homes in 2008 and no longer have a garage. The car has been exposed to weather and looks it. This car needs someone to redo both inside and out. Convertable top frame is fine but needs new top. Needs all new carpet kit and upholstery. All the glass is great. This car is nearly complete but has had some customizing completed before I bought the car. I have owned it since 1985. Car has 1967 front fender vents. Car looks like 67 with 5 vertical vents (shark gills). The pop up head lights have been glassed over with the lights mounted below. No head light door motor. The rear wheel wells have been modified to allow for wider tires. A third tail light has been added to each side. All modifications give car an agressive look with eye appeal but are not original. The center of dash (where the radio would go) has been modified. Glove compartment missing The wiring is shot. I am including new front and rear wiring harnesses purchased several years ago for its rewiring. Car will need to be rewired. Surface rust on the frame but no frame damage. Solid frame that just need cleaning. No rust on door jambs or windshield frame. This car was originally tuxedo black with two tone silver/gray interior. There are several different colors of paint.
