I will post pictures as soon as I can. Up for bid is a 1992 Dodge Ramcharger Canyon Sport 4x4 with the 5.2L engine. It is black over tan and interior is tan. NEEDS WORK, but can be driven. I will start with the bad: -Body is extremely rusty and driver side floor is soft -Headliner sags -Tires are worn -All emissions hardware has been removed, this means no egr valve and no catalytic converter -Left side exhaust manifold was replaced with a '96 manifold, thereby the flange does not mate properly with the rest of the exhaust -there is a muffler on the exhaust, though it doesn't serve much of a purpose, this truck is LOUD -Right side exhaust manifold has leak at flange -Distributor needs to be replaced, bushings are worn inside so it jumps time and backfires or stalls out especially if run while cold -Lift gate hinge needs to be replaced, does not close properly unless you lift up on it before shutting with a prybar -Spare is being used, original is in back and is flat -Needs front end work especially to correct the sloppy steering -Fuel tank leaks on full tank -body mounts are severely damaged due to rust -Voltage regulator seems to be sticking at times, voltage guage jumps and oftentimes reads as if the battery is dead and the accessories dim down -Passenger side seat hinge sticks if you pull up the lever too hard or too fast, thereby the seat will fall forward on heavy braking, use gently and it works fine -Brakes work well but the passenger side rotor is cut as if the caliper is sticking and once in a while it pulls while stopping AND FOR THE GOOD: -Has lighted visor, lights were added by previous owner -Ram head hood ornament has light up eyes, I think its a nice little touch -Headlights upgraded to brighter ones -A/C still works surprisingly and it works quite well, gets cold -Heat works great -Power windows/locks/mirrors all work, driver side window gets slow as if its tilting on its track, I pull up on it and it works as normal again -4x4 works and works well -Wheels are from an AMC -Seats are extremely comfortable I'm sure there may be more that I'm missing, but this vehicle is being sold as is with absolutely no warranties expressed or implied. Vehicle needs to be picked up by winning bidder within 7 days of winning, I am not delivering nor helping in the delivery of the vehicle, once you win it and pay for it, you own it and is no longer my responsibility, so ask all questions and satisfy those questions before bidding. Deposit due in 48 hours after winning bid, rest to be paid upon pickup, deposit is non-refundable. Title is clear and is in hand, buyer will sign the title IN MY PRESENCE State of Illinois allows the operation of a vehicle without registration or insurance for the first 24 hours after delivery, meaning if you are an Illinois resident you can drive it home if you choose to and the signed title serves as your proof of purchase, however it may stall out, typically I let the truck run for 15 minutes before driving and it's both warm inside and does not stall out. Backfiring is always present as well as some sputtering at lower speeds. Deposit is $200 and is to be paid via PayPal, within 48 hours after auction closes. Remainder is to be paid in cash and only cash, in person with 7 days of auction closed, vehicle must be picked up with 7 days after auction ends.
