If it breaks in half after you drive off the lot you own both halves. I'm also not paying my shop to look this wholesale vehicle over. I will add to the description that I think I hear a wheel bearing gettting a little tired, the hood struts that keep the hood open no longer work and the previous owners have not done any brake work in many, many miles. Brakes feel fine but I don't know what's left. This auction is the only fair way that I can offer it to the dozen or so wholesalers who have contacted me wanting to buy it.
