This auction is for one 1976 Mercedes Benz 450SL Hard Top/Convertible. This vehicle was purchased by my father in 1982. He was the 2nd owner at the time. It has been driven by my mother a few times a summer, and stored winters. The interior is clean, but has a small tear in the driver's seat. The soft top and plastic rear window is not cracked or torn and is good condition. The soft top is black in color. The exhaust is brand new from the diffuser back to the tailpipe. The fuel distributor and fuel pump are also new. The vehicle runs and idles fine. There are a few spots where the paint is not perfect and some rust under the driver's floor.
