1972 BMW 2002tii. Project car. Body (Red): (a) Quarter panels - good condition with the exception of right rear panel which has rusted fender lip. NOTE: black areas (see photos) on previously replaced front right and left quarter panels are the quarter panel itself w/no rust; (b) Front and Rear panels - good condition; (c) Hood, Roof and Trunk Lid - good condition; (d) Rocker panels - likely need replacement; (e) Floorboards - good condition with exception of hole at base of gas pedal and rust split seam with rockers along edge in front of front passenger seat (see photos); (f) Trunk - good condition with exception of a few rust holes in spare tire well and rust area along edge against right rear quarter panel (see photos). Trim: Chrome. In average shape for car of this age. Kidney grill needs replacement. Glass: Good condition. Interior: (a) Front Seats - driver's side seat portion needs repair, back portion in good condition; passenger's seat overall in good condition; (b) Back Seat - good condition; (c) Instrument Cluster and Dashboard - cluster in good condition, dashboard suffers from typical cracking; (d) Headliner - no fraying or rips. Engine: 4 cylinder with mechanical fuel injection. Running but not in running condition. Mileage unknown. Purchased car with broken odometer. Rims/Tires: rims - alloy BMW "bottle caps" from an E30 (3 Series); tires have approx. 3,500 miles. Have had many a 2002. Selling because I have many a project and don't have time for this one.
