Vehicle Detail
1968 dodge dart 2 door hardtop project car I purchased this car with the intentions of putting a 6.1 hemi in it, i decided to build a different car so now this is up for sale. Let me start off by saying this is a major project car that has no engine or trans in it. When i bought the car it was in primer, the previous owner had the bottom sandblasted and coated with por15 so it looks nice underneath. I had the brand new full 1/4 panels installed on the car. The rest of the panels were rust free, the bottoms of the doors, trunk, everywhere is rust free, The driver and passenger floor pan have a spot the size of a half dollar rusted out on each side where you feet would sit its a 30 min fix no big deal. The rest is perfect. The windows roll up and down good and are in good shape, the windshield and rear glass are good, the chrome around the windshield is good. I have bumpers and bumper brackets for the car that are decent shape for a driver but if i wanted the car real nice i would re-chrome them. The car was a factory 318 car i do believe, The rear end is a 8 3/4 it has the center section but no gears. I have in boxes most of the major parts to put the car back together, its easier to list what i dont have. The grille, steering box, steering column, brake pedal, and a good hood. I have a hood and hinges that came with the car but it was rough because of small dents so i decided not to use it its included. The wiring is still under the dash and theres a spare wiring harness in a box. I have a front bench seat with the car that will need covered, no rear seat. The paint job looks good, its single stage acrylic enamel. I have not wet sanded and buffed it yet. The quarter panels look factory everything looks nice. I have a title ready to go. Also if you need the car shipped i have a transport company i use and i can get you a cheap quote just call or text me. Please do not bid on this car unless you plan on buying it i only want to list it once. Its going to be a good oportunity for someone to get a nice mopar project and not have to spend thousands at body shop and wait forever on a car to get painted.
