1956 Chevrolet Pick Up Step Side 3100 Series Up for auction is a CLEAN step side pick up that turns heads where ever I drive it. Has a stock 283 Chev engine, original 4 speed transmission, and original rear end. Has been upgraded with dual exhaust. The dashboard is original and has not been cut or molested. Original radio in dash, and a Sony CD player under dash. The paint is excellent and has been color sanded. There is a small rub blemish on the panel behind the right door. (See picture.) All the glass and rubber moldings have been replaced with new items. Original wheels, color matched, with new stainless steel hub caps and beauty rims. The tires are new Coker wide whites 4 ply polyesters, G78X15s. All stainless steel moldings and trim have been polished. The chrome is fresh and in excellent condition. NO rust anywhere. This is a very clean truck. The wood bed was next on my list to renew, and may still be possible depending on selling price. The vehicle is registered as a 1956, but the VIN shows it as a 1957. It was probably sold in late 1956. I am not the original owner. The vehicle registration is current, and I hold the clear title. The vehicle is located in Norco, Southern California.
