TERMS OF SALE; Any inspection-related preparation is at additional cost for any Ma. registration-in advance of purchase. Free storage for 20 days awaiting trucking pickup, $20 per day for additional payable by paypal. Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Maintenance; As this is a new-car trade, no service records come in the glovebox due to store's 'privacy policy'. Take the ViN to your local Volvo store's Serv. Mgr. to run on his national service data base for any recall service performed or available in data history. Winter package includes the headlamp wiper feature that never works on this model. Sold as a 'mechanic's special' as this 2000 model year transmission does shift in an erratic fashion on occasion. Use key fob rather than driver's door lock not working with key. Any maintenance/repairs available through my local tech before delivery at wholesale pricing.
Please do not 'appear', as I have a day job and a weekend one too!(Friday noon thru Mon noon) No temp. tags available-use VIN to obtain one from your home state. Any inspection-related maintenance or repairs are at optional cost for any state's inspection.
INSPECTION terms; Not available for Ma. registration as not 'pre-inspected for it. My local third-party tech available to measure pad and rotor depth and under-car items, plus oil change, filter. Some states like Michigan and Florida have no state inspection for emissions or safety, and others like California are rigorous. Plan to have your tech prepare for your individual state's inspection criteria.
Title info; All cars bought through our local auction have had an internal 'carchek' report performed. This checks for mileage history verification, guarantee of no outstanding liens and for check for previous title brands such as flood, prior theft or reconstruction. Fixits: For inspection, horn and wipers work, windshield clear, e-brake tight. Sides and tops may have usual light clearcoat scratches attendant with a vehicle of the era. Few dings, many bumper scuffs 'n scrapes, small dent on RF corner where hood and FR fender meet on car. Has little wear on driver's seat side bolster. Check engine light is intermittent. No rust problems, exceptional body overall. Transmission shifts in all gears but more abrubtly at times, which is common for this 'one-year-only' unit. (worth it for big gas-savings!)
