This car was primarily used for cross country road trips, car shows and weekend cruises. The car is always garaged, never driven in the snow, and always kept cleaned, waxed and polished. We hate to get rid of the car, but our 65 Mustang show car is getting neglected and we just can't have that. As can be seen from the pictures, the car is not all that “stock V6” looking anymore. We knew we would be taking the car on a lot of road trips and loved the 30 mpg highway of the V6 but wanted the looks of the GT500, so we made the general appearance conversion. The car is an absolute blast to drive and will definitely turn head and bring you a lot of compliments. The V6 has more than enough power to keep you happy on the twisty back roads.
