Up for Auction is a 1981 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 4x4. This truck was purchased from a neighbor whose husband passed away a few years ago. The truck is showing 69902 original miles on the odometer, and we were told by both the neighbor we bought it from, and her neighbor who lived there when they purchased the truck that those are the original miles and that the odometer has not rolled over. The truck has a 350 engine, 350 Turbo transmission, P/S, P/B, tilt, cruise, dual exhaust, factory tachometer, and originally had A/C but the compressor is missing. This truck also has a new dashpad, new carpet, new rear bumper, and recent paint. It starts and runs great and is running in all of the pictures. This truck hasn't been used a lot in the last 4 or 5 years since the previous owner passed away, but the frame and the cab corners, and all of the usual places that rust on these trucks are rock solid. The 4WD works well, and the transmission shifts well. The engine is stock and original, and the transmision has been replaced with a rebuilt unit sometime in the past. Lower 48 States only.
