Vehicle Detail

For sale is a pristine 2009 Triumph Speed Triple witih 5752 miles on the odometer. The majority of the miles have been on the highway commuting to work and back, so the bike is in excellent condition. The bike is, and always has been stored inside in my heated garage on a battery tender on the motorcycle dolly when not in use. I am the original owner, and only rider, and the bike has a clear title. I do not abuse the bike, and don't ride it particularly hard (look at the strips on the rear tire!) I just finished a valve check (not usually done until 12,000 miles) and it checked perfectly fine. I changed the oil every 1000 miles, and just recently serviced the air filter and suspension. The motor runs really well with the full exhaust, and there is nothing for a new owner to do but ride it for 6000+ miles. The tires show very little wear, and you can probably get 2000+ miles out of them if you ride them hard, and a lot more if you are like me and baby it. KBB lists the bike in average condition from 5500-7500, and NADA lists it from 6500-8500 for average condition, so I'm asking $7250 or best reasonable offer, which I believe is a fair compromise between quality of the bike (excellent) and price. I'll listen to any reasonable offer. I am selling because I'm looking for a bike to do some longer trips with 2-up (wife/kids), on the highway and on some graded gravel roads in norther NY and VT, NH, and canada/etc, and while this bike can do it, I don't want to put my daughter/wife on the back. The Massachusetts title is clear and in hand. Modifications (all installed by me): Arrow Low-Boy full header/exhaust system - this isn't a slip on but a full header & exhaust set-up - costs $1500+. It sounds and runs WAY better than any other system out there on this bike. Triumph Tune for system Tuneboy tune cable (needed this to convert the mph to be accurate in the rear sprocket change) Triumph Fly Screen Triumph Lower Fairing Triumph Bar End Mirrors Triumph Rear Tire Hugger Tail Tidy Triumph Tank Pad Black Shorty Levers (for some reason I think these are aftermarket and not triumph branded, but I don't remember 100%) Triumph Rear Seat cover Sunline shifter mod (I have the original shifter) 45T rear sprocket (I have the original sprocket) HID light conversion - green/blue color (I have the original bulbs) 190 Metzler Rear tire Battery Tender & under seat weather proof connection Bike Cover Overall, there is over $3000 in just Triumph aftermarket parts on the bike, not including the other parts. I have absolutely nothing to hide with this bike, so if you want more pictures, or any other info, feel free to ask. If you are interested in coming to look at the bike, I live in Webster, MA, right on the corner of Mass, RI and Connecticut, with easy access to 395/20/90/146. Feel free to PM me or contact me via text at 508.341.1926 to set up a time to look at it. You won't be disappointed.
