His wife Cora inherited when he passed in the late 1970s. She also drove it sparingly until her passing in the 1990s. The family always kept in garaged when not driving it. It still has about 81,000 actual miles on the odometer. It was carefully stored in the family garage until a mud jacker did not fix the sinking cement properly and they were afraid to drive it back in the garage. So its currently setting in the driveway by the garage door. The interior is absolutely gorgeous (original pleated tan vinyl) and the chrome is near new condition including the hard to find bumpers. The car has some lower quarter and other mostly lower body rust but according to an area restorer, it appears to be definitely fixable and vinyl top is splitting. An area retired mechanic/friend of the family started it off a small exterior red gas can under the hood and his loaner battery (his battery is not included) and drove it out of the garage then and it was restarted and driven forward this month for current photos. He is very satisfied with the mechanics in general of the car (soft brakes) and how great the big 400 V8 started and how smooth it ran. THIS IS A LOADED CAR AND EVEN HAS FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING!!!. The registration comes with the car but the remaining senior heirs do not know where the title is stored so for now it's being sold with a bill of sale only, notorized if need be. If the buyer needs a dup or other paperwork, the family can assist but at buyer's expense after the car is paid for in full. - WE DO NOT ALLOW RETRACTIONS-BE SURE YOU WANT TO BID BEFORE YOU BID AS ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED A BID, IT IS YOUR OFFER TO BUY A VEHICLE. IF YOU ARE THE HIGH ACCEPTED BIDDER, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO BUY AND PAY FOR THE VEHICLE AS LISTED IN THE TERMS.
- A 10% (ten percent) of the final accepted bid price (minimum $500.00) US non-refundable deposit/retainer/downpayment is due in full within 3 days (not 3 business days) of close of auction with the entire remaining balance due within 10 days of close of auction. Bankwire from buyers to sellers bank is the preferred method of payment but other methods are outlined in this listing. The item / vehicle and related paperwork will not be released to bidder/buyer until all methods of payment have successfully and completely cleared the entire banking system with seller's bank completely satisfied that seller has good, secure funds in hand and related paperwork has been signed and returned by mail (in hand) to seller. With so many vehicles, your purchase probably will not be near the gate and numerous non runners may need moved(buyer is responsible for related moving charges) SO we require payment in full and paperwok signed and returned via mail before arrangements can be made to have a local wrecker service move cars out so you can pick yours up. A minimum 3 business day confirmed appointment necessary to schedule a weekday to pick up your purchase. No weekends or after hours available.

FREE STORAGE:
- If vehicle is paid in full within the outlined 3 day / 10 day from close of auction timeframe, storage & related charges will be waived for up to 30 days from close of auction.
- If vehicle is not paid in full within the outlined 3 day / 10 day of close of auction time frame and/or is not picked up within 30 days of close of auction, storage & related fees will be charged retroactive to and including the date of close of auction through actual date vehicle is picked up.
- If vehicle is not picked up within 60 days of close of auction, even if initial purchase price and other monies were paid in full in seller acceptable funds within the 3 day / 10 day time frame, unless alternate terms are mutually agreed in writing, seller reserves the right to retain any / all monies paid and full ownership automatically reverts back to seller with seller having full right and authority to liquidate aforenoted vehicle with seller retaining any/all sales and other proceeds.
- Any trade-ins, monies paid toward the vehicle or other renumeration paid at any time toward the vehicle are non refundable. In event of dispute, only jurisdiction of said sale/purchase is in the county of seller or such jurisdiction as so chosen by seller.

Vehicles are not all located at same location but many can be viewed by appointment at the Rockford locations located about 100 miles from Chicago, Madison/Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Quad Cities, Peoria, or Bloomington, IL. Due to age, health limitations of the semi retired management and limited personnel, vehicles are available to be viewed Monday through Friday only (sometimes on Saturday but no weekend pick ups) with an advance, confirmed appointment absolutely necessary.
