THIS CALIFORNIA NATIVE SURVIVOR 1977 CHEVY SILVERADO SHORT BED TRUCK WAS A GARAGE KEPT TRUCK AND WAS BOUGHT FROM THE SECOND OWNER IN LINCOLN CALIFORNIA. THIS TRUCK IS IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION AND IS SUPER ORIGINAL GOOD LUCK FINDING ANOTHER ONE IN THIS CONDITION. THIS TRUCK IS LOADED WITH OPTIONS FROM THE FACTORY SUCH AS AIR CONDITION, SILVERADO EQUIPED, BODY SIDE MOLDINGS UPPER AND LOWER, TINTED GLASS, REAR SLIDING WINDOW, FRONT AND REAR CHROME BUMPERS, CRUISE CONT, FRONT SWAY BAR, RALLY RIMS, 350 V8 MOTOR, HD TURBO 350 HYDRA-MATIC, 3.07 REAR AXLE RATIO, POWER STEERING, POWER DISC BRAKES, AM/FM PUSH BUTTON RADIO, METALLIC BROWN WITH BUCKSKIN CLOTH INTERIOR. THE BODY AND PAINT- The body on this truck is in over all super condition with factory floor pans and kick panels have never been patched or tampered with they look like the truck was built yesterday. The original tunnel and fire wall is in super condition and has not been cut up or beat on and the original paint on the fire wall looks great. The bed sides are original to the truck and are in super condition with out dents or waves and are bondo fee. Both the original doors are super solid and are rust free and are also in super condition they are not dented or wavy and both doors do not sag and shut great. Both the original front fenders are also in super condition and are rust free they are not dented or wavy they are also bondo free. The original inner and outer rocker panels are rust free they are in excellent condition and are also bondo free. The body lines and gaps are what you would get when it was new at a GM lot. The roof and rain gutters are also in excellent condition. The windshield pillars and upper windshield area both out side and inside are rust free and are in excellent condition. The inside of the bed is also in great condition and is not beat up or dented or wavy. The hood is in super condition and lines up nice with the fenders this hood is not bowed. The bottom side of this truck is not rusty or full of under coating it is apparent underneath this truck the amount it was used its that clean. This truck has all its original GM panels and this truck is free of body fillers and rust and only has a few small dings over all. The color is metallic brown and the paint on this truck is in good presentable condition with no major scratches or chips. . THE INTERIOR- The inside of this truck is all original and is in super condition for its age. The stock front seats look great and is not torn or worn out it is impressive. The carpet is original and is intact and is not stained or dirty but is starting to show its age. The dash pad is original and is like new there are no cracks or blemishes. The dash plastic’s are in great condition and the radio area has not been cut up. The lower dash paint is in great condition with out chips or scratches. The door panels are also in great condition for being original. There are no speakers mounted in the lower portions of the doors. The glove box options sticker is intact and is legible. The felts and rubbers are also original to the truck and are in good condition. The original steering wheel is in great condition. Overall the inside of this truck is very impressive and is super clean looking. THE BRIGHT WORK- The outer upper and lower moldings are all in super condition and are not beat up or scratched up they are impressive. The front and rear bumpers, side mirrors, the door handles, and the rest of the outer bright work is all impressive for being original. THE MOTOR- This truck is equiped with the original 350 motor and this truck runs super it does not leak or smoke and is equipped with all the factory equipment. This 350 has good power and is super dependable. THE TRANS - The trans is a turbo 350 that is in good working order and it does not leak or slip. The rear end is a nice tight rear end that dose not clunk or howl. When you drop this truck in to gear there is no universal joint clunks or noises. THE AC- The air conditioning is all intact and in good working order alowng with the heater. THE TIRES- The tires are in like new condition and the stock rally rims,rings,caps are also in super condition. THE ELECTRICAL- Equiped with the factory power windows that work great and are not slow this truck also has all the original electrical in this truck that is in good working order including all the outside lights, all the interior lights, the dash interments, horn, blinkers, heater blower and controls, ECT. OVER ALL- 1977 IS THE ONLY YEAR WITH YELLOW IN THE SIDE MOLDINGS AND THIS YEAR TRUK IS GETTING HARDER TO FIND. This is a federal truck and did not come with a smog pump from the fectory. This is a super nice original survivor truck that is in over all in super original condition for its age. I have the original broadcast sheet, owners manual and the warranty book from from Alker Chevrolet and the original keys along with the glove box option sticker. This truck was bought from the second owner and this truck was pampered its whole life. This truck is lowered and it rides and steers great and will not bottom out and is not stiff. The front end is nice and tight in the truck and it is a joy to drive.This is a dependable great looking truck and from what I have seen out their for sale, I think you would be hard pressed to find a truck in this condition, this really is a super original and clean truck that is affordable to own and enjoy.
