Up for auction is my 1952 Chevy Styleline sedan. This car grabs attention everywhere you go. Everything about this car is custom. It has been featured in issue 29 of Traditional Rod & Kulture as well numerous photes in various magazines. It has been in the Cavalcade of Customs at the Detroit Autorama as well as winning many awards including Beater of the Year at Beatersville car show in Louisville Ky which put the car on lots of flyers, t shirts etc. This car has been finished for close to 4 years now and has been driven to shows all over the midwest in that time. This car was built with the intention to drive, not sit on a trailer or in the garage. It is a beautiful car and has been well taken care of but it is not perfect. There are a couple flaws but overall a nice car. I have a new set of Coker Classic tires that I will put on the car once sold. CHASSIS/SUSPENSION: Front: custom built mustang II style front suspension with Airlift Dominator bags and mustang II manual steering rack. Rear: 2 link rear suspension with panhard bar with Airlift Dominator bags. There are 2- 3 gallons tanks mounted underneath the car, with a engine driven air compressor that runs of the motor. The rocker panels of the car sit directly on the ground with the air is out but lifts to a very drivable height. BODY/PAINT: 56 Old headlights, 1 pieced the hood, top was chopped 5 inches in the front and 6 inches in the rear with a Olds 1 piece windshield, B pillars are slanted forward, shaved door handles, rear wheel openings have been lowered 2 inches, rear quarters have been extended slightly, shave gas door, custom rear bumper with taillights in the bumper guards, body channel over the frame 2 inches. The paint is House of Kolors royal blue flake with alabaster white scallops pinstripped in light blue. Interior is white vinyl with blue flaked diamond inserts in the seats and door panels The dash is painted as well with lots of pinstripping. Engine is 350 with a turbo 350c trans. The only gauges I put in the car were, volts, oil pressure and temp. It does have some rattles(not in the engine or drivetrain), the door seals need to be redone, and the brakes are a little soft. The car is VERY close to meeting reserve.
