Up for Auction is my 1983 Volkswagen Westfalia! In very good condition for the year, the body is very clean with no paint fade, and only a few small dings and scratches, hard to find one this clean! The engine runs and drives great, has a new alternator (Bosch). Transmission shifts through all the gears with no grinds (4 speed manual ), cruises on the freeway with no funny sounds, all the wheel bearings have been replaced a few years back. Tires are at 70% in the rear and NEW in the front ($360), brakes are great as well, both rear wheel cylinders and shoes have been replaced last year. The interior is all original still, has had a carpet cover over the original carpet since new so it looks great still, drivers seat and rear bench seats have small rips. Never been smoked in nor had animals inside. All appliances work, the canvas top is in good shape with only 2 small dime size holes in the whole thing, All curtains are in good shape as well as the rear, and upper beds (both have no rips or holes) I have replaced the outside door handle since these pictures were taken last week Recently replaced the blower motor for the heater works well now for an air cooled vehicle NO RUST What so ever! Originally a New Mexico vehicle before it was brought up here to the Northwest (no salt on the roads here.) Wheel wells are clean as well as all body panels!
