1970 Cheverolet Monte Carlo that still sports its original paint. The color is Code 50 a light cream yellow, it is now however completely faded and thin and needs redone. The car runs very good and starts right up and holds a good idle. The car does have some rust, here is a brief description-Around the back window like all of them with a cloth top. Not terrible but repairable- the trunk has a couple little holes-the trunk rain gutter has some rot- drivers fender lower corner and pass but not as bad. The passinger front floor board has a large hole but very easliy repaired. The interior is needs headliner, carpet, seat covers and carpet on bottom of panels, general clean up and redying of plastic panels. Headrests missing in action- Doors open and shut very well no sagging. -sounds real good. I have a new trunk lock for the car but not the clip to hold it in. Mechanically the car seams to be in overall pretty good shape. The engine is not original. (305) Exhaust sounds good and looks good but its not loud. Tires all match and have decent tread mounted on nice rallys. A/C compressor is missing. The headlights, turnsignals, marker lights and dome light works as well as the blower motor but the radio doe ot work at this time.
