I have personally drove this truck on highway to test its performance and drive ability and let me tell you miles mean nothing for the 7.3-liter motor, its just a number that was put on and as long as it was not abused and driven but good owners i would not worry about high miles at all which is this excursion here. as you can see from inside and out it looks very clean, engine starts, runs and drives excellent with no signs of any mechanical issues.
