1969 camaro true super sport, it was restored 10 years ago and sat for three years. I put a dart block 434 small block that puts out 650 hp. It has an eagle crank and rods, Ross racing pistons, brodix aluminum heads that have been ported and polished, victor jr super intake chrome, full roller mechanical cam with stud girdles and 1.65 roller rockers. The cam is a custom ground that is 648 lift and 280 duration, it has an electric water pump, march complete serpentine belt system everything is Crome, the cooling system is a be cool chrome radiator there over 1000 hp radiator with both of there electric fans that are also chrome this system keeps the car to run under 180 degrees at all times in Arizona as a daily driver the cooling system was $2700.00. has a Holley 950 ultra, I have invested over $30,000.00 in the motor and components. Two stage nitrous that was $1600.00 it is set at 100 hp on the first stage and 250 on the second right now can go up to 500 total. The transmission is a turbo 400 with a tranny brake and reverse shift, the converter is a tci 400 stall with a tci shifter, invested over $6000.00 in transmission, the rear differential is a stock 12 bolt with moser axles and an auburn electric lock up with mark Williams 456 gears, all new bearings invested $3000.00. I took this car to the local drag strip and ran a 10.07 was the best time and that was with 150 hp of nitrous, now it has 400hp so no telling what it will run, the best time without nitrous was 11.03. They kicked me off the track cause it has no cage or a lot of stuff that I am supposed to have for a car that fast. The car is a true super sport so I was not going cut or add anything to ruin that. My goal was to build me a 10 second street car that runs on pump gas and a daily driver and it came much better than I expected, this is my dream car that I would never get rid of but I got sick and can not work anymore. I invested well over $100,000.00. It makes makes me sick that I have to but sometimes you have to do things you don't want to.
