Up for auction is a real documented matching numbers 1977 Special Edition Bandit Trans Am. This car has received a recent frame-off restoration and is in excellent condition still. Only a few shake down miles on this beauty. It is one of the rare W72 Y81 bandit cars. Only 549 made. Y81 is the code for the special edition model without the t-tops. W72 is the code for the higher horse Pontiac 400. (no Oldsmobile 403's here) I have full PHS documentation for the car. The paint is near perfect with only one small flaw on the front endura bumper. It is a blemish the size of a quarter. Rest of the car is museum quality. The interior has been completely restored as well as the drivetrain. The car is nicely optioned with A/C which blows cold, power windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, you name it it has it. The decal package was professionally installed and is one of the nicest jobs I have ever seen. This is truly an investment piece that all bandit lovers should jump at. This is the 35th anniversary of the movie and the car. Get yours now before they continue to climb out of sight on price. Most bandit cars in this condition are bringing over 30k at the auctions.
