Hello everybody, up for sale is a 2007 Ford Taurus SE. This car belongs to my girlfriend and she has had it for a couple years now. She has commuted two hours a day in it for the past year so many of the miles are highway. Car runs great and has no major mechanical issues. It has 104,611 miles (may go up a couple miles as I go up and down the week every couple days so it doesn't sit). The trans shifts smooth, the 3.0L V6 engine feels great, ect. It has keyless entry and power everything. It gets decent gas mileage as you can see in the pic below with the miles. Very comfortable and nicely sized (trunk is HUGE!). Great for another first driver car, or if you just want a cheap gas saver with plenty of room and nice amenities. There are a few things that need addressing, however. A wheel bearing on one side is bad. In my experience, I have found it best to change both when one goes bad. A pair of hubs sells online for $75 a pair, and if you can change brakes, you can install hubs. Also, front brakes need to be changed (was going to do when I did the bearings). Brakes cost about $100 for the rotors and pads in the front. Also, the other day a belt started squeeling and should be replaced (usual for a five year old car with over 100k miles). They are very cheap and easy to install. Mechanically other then that it is fine. This car was my girlfriends first car, and has scars from all the parking lot mishaps most first drivers experience.
