TURBO LOOK WIDE BODY NO RESERVE CAR WILL SELL TO HIGH BIDDER ATTENTION.... I listed this car last week and have discovered from several Porsche enthusiasts some troubling news. It appears this car is not an original M491 from the factory. It has been modified sometime in its life. It is however all steel. Of course believing it was a true car when purchased I stand to lose a considerable amount of money. I am resigned to this fact thus the no reserve auction.As is sometimes said "my loss your gain" certainly holds true here. While it may not be a factory it is still one of the nicest most well kept 911's in existence and it runs, drives, and looks fantastic. I have a folder full of receipts however it is not complete nor from day one. I am the 4th owner. 5 DAY AUCTION It is my intention to sell this car. No matter how long it sets in my garage there is never a drop. Clean car fax and Auto check. Miles are true and correct. Beautiful Guards Red with Black Leather ABSOLUTELY NO RUST OR DAMAGE………EVER ALWAYS NON SMOKER OWNED I don’t believe there is one rock chip, door ding, or paint blemish anywhere on this car. The interior is perfect as well. The windshield has one slight wiper mark and it is not bad enough to matter. I purchased this car in August 2011 from a retired law enforcement professional here in Missouri. I added new Ruf wheels with new Z rated Bridgestone tires. I had a major tune, valve adjustment, oil change, and chassis lube with overall inspection. Next a complete a/c change over to R134 refrigerant with new compressor, dryer, and expansion valve. System was completely purged and done correctly. It now blows ice cold unlike most Carreras. This car starts, runs, and drives like brand new. Everything works as it should. All gauges, lights, signals, instrument lights, interior lights, radio, horn, wipers and even the clock functions perfectly. Both seats, windows, and the sun roof operate flawlessly. Heater, defroster, and all blower motors function like new. There is nothing about this car that needs repair or any kind of attention. It is ready to go anywhere at anytime. It has never seen any form of inclement weather. The bullet proof 3.2 engine springs to life with just a touch of the key. The clutch is smooth and sure. The transmission shifts like new, is good, smooth and tight with no noises or gear clash. The brakes are also perfect. This car runs straight and true down the road and stops the same way. There are no wind sounds or road noises. It is solid and tight with no rattles.
