I started this project 15years ago with a shell found in oregon, rust free. built it from the gound up with one thing in mind, a driver not a show car. I put in a 95 lighting 351 in with at the time 28,000 miles, added a B 303 cam, airgap edlebrock thunder series carb, rack and pinion, rebuilt the 2.80 open gears for hiway use and a 5spd teramac, over the years it has been upgrade with custom interior the front seats are from a 92 SC t-bird all electric W/ lumbar controls, dakota digal dash custom console. long tube headers into 21/2 pipes, last year added new tcp upper and lower control arms w/ struts and new GT springs 11/8 sway bar, tires are goodyear eagle gt 15'' w/ rocket rims. all the weatherstripping has been replaced at the start of the project. this is one of those cars that have been coast to coast twice with me and trouble free the way it was built to be, I would never say I have the nicest comet around because I dont, she is a driver that you could count on. I have taken this one as far as i needed to now its time for a new project
