Vehicle Detail
1969 camaro Engine- 388 cui small block chevy,350 .40 overbore block with 4 bolt main caps with arp main bolts, scat forged crank, scat rods with arp rod bolts, srp forged pistons, runs on pump gas, fel pro head gasket, world product motown heads, arp head bolts, solid roller comp cam specs are 296/304 duration .630/.630 lift, lunati solid roller lifter, comp steel magnum roller rockers, comp world products single pane intake powder coated gray and has the water lines front to back to keep the intake cool, holley 750 double pumper carb, hooker super comp 1 7/8 long tube headers, holley electric fuel pump, all msd ignition system neatly hid under the dash,The motor sounds amazing and holds 60 psi of oil pressure, its very radical however its still tame enough to cruise on the street and idle around. Ive never had the engine on a dyno but i would estimate it at 530-550 hp. Transmission- turbo 350 with all heavy duty internals, also has the ultrabell bellhousing, shift kit and manual valve body, also has a 3200 stall neil chance torque converter, the trans shifts good and has no issues Rear end- 9 inch ford housing, professionally cut down by quick performance, moser 28 spline axels, richmond 4:86 gear with spool, all new works great Brakes- It has wilwood disc brakes in the front and rear, stainless steel braided brake lines front and rear, the car stops on a dime Suspension- The front suspension is all new, inner outer tie rods, pitman arm, pretty much everything new up front, steers good, the car has subframe connectors, the rear end is on leaf springs with competition engineering 3 way adjustable shocks, i planned on adding cal tracs if i raced it but never did. Rides great , way better than any 4 link or ladder bar car. Body/Paint- The car came from out west, the car was rust free. I had the car completely sand blasted top to bottom and underneath, there was absolutly no rust in the car. It still has the original floor pans, doors, deck lid, and roof skin, the car has no bondo. The car was built in los angles so it doesnt have a x-code to tell if its a ss or z/28 or whatever but the guy i got it from said he was told its a z/28 car but theres no way to prove this. I bought new goodmark fenders for the both sides because the originals had some dents, and i bought a new goodmark header panel. The car has a new trunk pan also because the original was cut out for a fuel cell and looked bad, the car was originally daytona yellow but i had already had one yellow 69 camaro and wanted something different so i painted it beautiful hugger orange, the paint is slick and looks good. The car was put on a lift and sprayed gloss black underneath and is slick as the top. All the chrome is new around the glass, the car has all new weatherstripping and new window felts. The glass rolls up and down good but the passenger door glass coud use some adjustment it wants to bow out at the top. I have all new emblems for the car but i decided to not install them i think it looks cleaner without them but i will give them to the new owner, Wheels/Tires- The car has a set of weld alumastar 2.0 wheels front and rear. The fronts are 15x3.5 and the rears are 15x14. The rear tires are hoosier quick time pro drag radials they are 29x14.50 and are street legal Interior- The car has a all new interior, new seat covers, carpet, headliner, dash pad, door panels, windshield, dash, everything is all new. The interior looks nice, i have the ash tray and glove box door ordered they have just not came in yet, i will give that to the new owner as well Lights- The car has a ez- wiring kit so if you ever have any electrical problems the wires are easy to trace and repair because they are all labeled and neatly color coded. The headlights work, high beams low beams, and taillights and brake lights, the car has the wiring for the turn signal run just not hooked up yet. This will be a great opportunity for someone to get a nice 69 camaro, ive owned the car for 2 years and put all my spare time and money into it, I have 100's of pics of the car and some videos af it running i would be glad to email anyone interested its very hard to pick just 24 on here, The car has a clear title in my name ready to go to the new owner, there is no warranty what so ever, If you live to far away to come get the car in person i have a transport company right up the road from me that always gives me cheap rates since they are so close so if you need a quote let me know. Im selling the car at no reserve and i also have it for sale locally so i can end the auction at any time. Please only bid if you are serious, if you have any questions or anything you are unsure of please email me or call me before you bid i only want to list the car once.
