On Oct-08-12 at 05:29:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Hi,up for sale is my 78 Trans-am. Which is in need of a new home to someone who can give it the TLC that it needs.The car runs and drives gets alot of looks and compliments, but needs some work. and just dont have the time or money anymore to keep up with it.The engine has the orginal 400 6.6 liter engine but was rebuilt 4 years ago with 11,000 miles on the rebuild. It was bored .060 over with a compcam k-kit k51-223-4. That has a duration of 268/280 and the lift is .477/.480 and includes a compcam double roller timing chain.there has been a 3 angle valve job done on the heads,a pontiac performer intake with a holley 650 double pumper that could use a rebuild.it has been converted before i bought the car 8 years ago to an electric fuel pump which is currently the Mr.gasket blue fuel pump which is a cheaper version of the holley blue pump.it also has a high flow water pump,160 degree thermostat,cooling fans,3 core radiator.3,000 stall torque converter and i have the orginal converter if needed,Flowmaster mufflers,Power Master high torque starter,optima red top battery bought a year ago, The cars paint and body were done a year ago the car was repainted from its orginal sundance yellow too a corvette yellow paint job still has 4 years left on warranty.I have all decals that have not been yet applied to the car that are from phoniex graphics.the interior has the orginal seats and carpet was redone before i bought the car.there is a small crack in the dash and the headliner needs to be replaced.Tires are Futura Gls Super Sport that are less than a year old,With orginal snowflake rims.I hate to let the car go but as I said before it needs someone who really can turn it around and make something out it.You can contact me at 954-937-5635.
