1954 MG TF 1500, One of only 3,400 built in 1954-55, this 1954 MG TF1500 is a matching-numbers survivor with only 31,773 original miles and two previous owners. Sold new in Hawaii in 1954, it was brought to California in 1986. During my three years of ownership, the car has had substantial service and upgrades, including new brakes and master cylinder, carburetor rebuild, petrol tank cleaning and sealing, 4.3 differential conversion for improved driveability. Previous owner installed new wire wheels and Michelin 185x15 tires that now have less than 1,500 miles on them. The car looks and drives amazingly well. Paint and chrome are excellent and the car shows very well. Vinyl top and full tonneau is in excellent condition and all 4 side curtains are available with new Aamco covers. Original tool kit and correct Shelly jack included. All service documentation since 1986 available. Also has a British Motor Heritage Trust Certificate and California YOM license plates. Not a concours car, but an very nice driver. Need to sell because I bought another British car and don't have garage space or money to keep both.
