1996 Tahoe 4X4. THE GOOD Six inch suspension lift with 35 inch MickeyThompson tires. I changed the gears from the stock 3.73 to 4.56. the truck is geared well for the tires that are on it. It also has a power programer installed and a cold air intake..and duel exhuast. New not rebuilt, Gm 4L80-E transmission instaled in 07 and only has 20,000 miles on it. NO RUST this was a texas vehicle until last year. truck runs great every thing works cold ac.. THE BAD the truck has an abs light on.. I had it scaned and was told I need a new front left wheel sensor. the truck has an Intermentent check engine light that indicates one of the o2 sesores is not reading coreclty, suposedly it has to do with the power programer and can be corected with a inline plug for your o2 sesores. It never buged me that much. hood and divers fender need to be repainted. I want to be very clear about the condition of this vehicle I had an acsedent in 09 my insurance decided that the vehicle was totaled becouse the damages were more than 2200 dollors. Of course I rebuilt it. I was in the prosses of moving to michigan when I finised the rebuild and was told by the michigan secretary of state that as long as it was rebuilt they would isue a clear title. the vehicle does have a clear title this has been a great truck I have owned it since 2006.
