This is an ex-school department panel van. It still has front seats with school bus material. The motor will run. It needs a total restoration. As you can see in the pictures it has some rust and ugly camper windows someone added. Is a 3800 series van. Started the body work on one rear door. Has new blue dot tail light lenses.
