You are purchasing a 2000 BMW 528i that does need some engine work. When left running the engine sat idling for a couple hrs without running hot, but when driven a short distance the engine ran hot. Mechanic says it may have cracked head in engine and it needs to be replaced. Overall we did raise the engine and was not able to hear any rattling of any sort and the transmission shifts like it should. This 2000 BMW 528i is being sold as is where with no warranty specified.
