1966 Ford Mustang Coupe rolling project car in South Eastern Michigan. This car is ready to be towed or trailered away by someone who can get it back together! No motor, but set up for a V-8. It does have an unknown condition automatic transmission, I believe it's a C-4. Fluid looks great but unknown condition. Car has duel exhaust with headers, new drum brakes and hardware, new 14" radial tires on original wheels with proper hubcaps. Glass is good, chrome is good, body mostly solid. Paint is POOR, it looks better in pics than up close, needs a good sand down and a fresh coat of paint! Rear quarters are newer and solid. Headliner is hanging down, seats are not bolted down, floor pans could be changed out, previously repaired and in fair condition. Frame rails ok, as is rest of structure of frame, etc. Please see all pics. Please come see car before bidding if possible. This is a PROJECT for someone who loves Mustangs and has some restoration skills. It won't need a lot to be drivable, but let's make sure you have the money and skills to get this done. Selling because I have to, not because I want to. This car comes with a bunch of good parts including alternator, starter, fuel pump, distributor, wires, headlights, emblems, misc. an almost new Eldelbrock 4V carb. all kinds of stuff, see pics! It also comes with most parts you will need to put it back on the road minus a motor. It is set up for a SBF V-8. Car was originally a 6 cyl car with 4 lug hubs. Here goes Please read>>> Car presents itself straight and solid. The hood has a small spot of rust thru, they are easily relaced for well under 200. Pass door has a small rust spot/very fixable. Rear wheel wells look great. They are newer quarters, Front fenders look good. Roof looks good. Trunk is good. Glass is good. Both floor pans need to be replaced, they are older repaired ones. Shock towers, tourqe boxes, shackle area all good. Front pass side frame rail under battery tray has rust thru hole, see pic. Paint is older and crappy/NEEDS paint job. Bumpers are in good condition. I have all chrome mldgs. not currently on car, emblems too. Comes with hundreds of dollars of SBF parts including a newer 4V Carb, again see pics! Restoration project for the coming winter!! All new tires, complete duel exhaust with headers and rumble mufflers in great shape. Just pop in a motor and drive while you work on it! Leave ph # I'll make car available for inspection.
