1966 Chrysler Imperial Convertible with original 440 c.i. V8 engine with options including automatic transmission, air-conditioning, power steering,power brakes, power windows, power vent windows,power seats, cruise control and power convertible top with white parade boot. Good blue paint. with white interior with black convertible top. Car runs and drives good Very rare and desirable car, one of only 514 convertible Imperials built in 1966 by Chrysler Corporation. Our Chrysler Imperial shows 23.000 miles, could be 123,000 miles. This 1966 Imperial Convertible has been well taken care of. Air-conditioning needs repair and have never tried the cruise control "auto-pilot" and the electric windows are slow to go up and down. 1966 Imperial Convertible would be great candidate to restore to show condition. Car has good paint but does need touching up. Very little rust on car. Bought from Mopar collector in New York State 4-12-06. The "Imperial Club Webpage" is a great source for Imperial information including articles, parts repairs,maintenance, history. Car is not perfect but offered at very good price.
