This is a 1965 ford galaxie 500 LTD 4 dr with a custom built 390 ci motor. Motor was built from the ground up using custom components that include: edelbrock intake, MSD 8594 distributor, ACCEL custom plug wires, 40th anniversary MSD 6AL box and coil, Tuff Stuff High volume water pump, Holley 750 street carb, high volume fuel pump with new fuel lines to carb, new motor mounts, auto meter white face gauge cluster, sound deadener and new carpet, new battery, HD transmission cooler, new front wheel cylinders, electric fan, one wire alternator, new starter solenoid, new 3 core radiator, lunati camshaft plus all necessary parts to reassemble and install engine. The original engine was a 352 which was junked. The fuel tank has been cleaned but will need a new sender as the gas gauge doesnt work. The horn is inoperative. The body and hood has been stripped, sanded and primed. Seats have been totally redone and reupholstered. Engine bay was stripped and repainted prior to installing engine. The dash has a few cracks but overall is in good shape. There is some wear on the front of the dash that will need to be repainted. The car has no trim except for 352 emblems. I was planning on painting it as a police car and installing a police radio/siren but my health has gotten bad and I can no longer work on the car. The engine was professionally rebuilt (I have the receipts ). All lights work as well as the wipers and heater/blower. All glass is in good shape and windows operate properly. The mileage is incorrect because the odometer stopped working however there are less than 100 miles since engine was built. This car is VERY solid with absolutely no rust or rust holes. Floorboards and rockers are totally solid and the floor has been soundproofed.The tires are good and this car can be driven anywhere. Brakes work good. It is very fast and has no trouble running at freeway speeds. Transfer of ownership will be done with a clear title. All this car needs is a paint job. Reserve is less than $3100.
